Tremella will help plump and hydrate the skin--reducing fine lines and wrinkles and tackling free radicals from the inside out. Along with its beauty benefits, tremella is also wonderful as a support for the gut, heart, and liver. 

Tremella should be added to coffee, tea, milk, or a smoothie. Start with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon. It's flavorless when mixed with something.
